House Rules for `Devon
No smoking inside Devon please.
Small pets may be considered – please enquire before booking.
Travel abroad: Allowed, but please let us know your intended route/countries in advance.
Cleaning
- Return clean and tidy. All rubbish should be removed and the interior wiped down. Cleaning products are provided.
- Toilet cassette must be emptied before return, cleaning fluid provided.
- If not returned clean, then a £50 charge will be levied from deposit.
Fuel policy: Full to full. Please refill the diesel tank before returning.
No climbing on the roof.
Report any damages as soon as possible so we can help put things right.
Respect campsites and local rules during your stay.

Fully Comprehensive Insurance is included, however you must provide a 'check code' for your driving license, provide a proof of address and fulfill the following requirements:
1) Been a resident of the UK for at least 10 years (Or for under 10 years has been agreed with Sterling)
2) Held a full a UK or EEC driving licence for at least 3 years
3) Held a USA, CAN, SA, NZ or AUZ licence for at least 3 years and has paid the additional premium.
4) No health condition that has or should have been declared to the DVLA?
5) No County Court Judgments (CCJ’s)?
6) In the past 5 years no Motoring Convictions other than CU, LC10, LU20, MS10, MS30, MS20 PC or SP motoring convictions?
7) In the past 5 years no Motor Conviction resulting in ban for more than 30 days?
8) In the past 5 years none of the following claims/incident losses on a motor insurance policy?
-'at fault' accident including single vehicle accidents and any incident where your no claims bonus was reduced/lost.
- Accidents where you collided with a pedestrian
- Chemical damage
- Loss of keys
- Where you lost control of the vehicle
- Damage from a riot
- theft or malicious damage
