1. Driver Requirements
• Drivers must be aged 25–75 and hold a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years.
• Only named drivers listed on the hire agreement are allowed to drive.
• The vehicle must not be driven under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances.

2. Vehicle Use
• Please use the motorhome only on public roads – no off-road driving or rough terrain.
• Smoking, vaping, and pets are strictly not allowed inside the vehicle.
• The vehicle must not be used for towing, racing, or hired to anyone else.
• It must not be taken outside the UK or Ireland without prior written consent.
• Please make sure everyone wears seatbelts and that the vehicle is not overloaded.

3. During Your Hire
• Check oil, water, and tyre pressures during your trip.
• Keep the vehicle clean and tidy throughout your hire.
• Report any damage, accidents, or faults as soon as possible.
• You’re responsible for any damage (including tyres, windscreen, awning, and interior) during the hire period.

4. Returning the Motorhome

Please return the motorhome:
• On time (late returns may be charged).
• With a full tank of diesel — as it was when collected.
• With all waste water emptied and the toilet cassette cleaned.
• With the interior and exterior cleaned to a reasonable standard.
• With all rubbish removed and all accessories and equipment returned in the same condition.

If these conditions aren’t met, cleaning, refuelling, or repair charges may be taken from your security deposit.
