Whether you’re meandering along the NC500, parking up by a peaceful loch, or chasing waves on the coast, Moira brings comfort, style, and a touch of joy to every journey.

Step inside and you’ll find a beautifully handcrafted interior, with solid oak worktops, tambour door storage, and warm rustic finishes throughout. Moira is fully equipped with everything you need for life on the road – including a fridge freezer, gas hob, sink, fresh and grey water tanks, and plenty of USB points and 240v plug sockets to keep your essentials powered.

Enjoy cosy evenings with blackout curtains, thermal made-to-measure blinds for total privacy and a good night’s sleep, and a swivel seat that transforms the space into a welcoming little home. There’s ample storage, a comfortable layout, and thoughtful touches throughout – perfect for couples, solo explorers, or adventure-loving duos.

Optional Extras:

🐶Well-behaved dogs are very welcome – just £10 per dog (max 2 large or 3 small dogs). Dogs must be kept off the chairs and bed. Please let us know in your booking enquiry. This is payable at pickup

🛌Bedding and towels available too – £30 for two people or £15 for solo travellers. Please let us know in your booking enquiry. This is payable at pickup

🚲Bike rack can be provided - £10 for a 1 bike rack that fits to the tow bar and £20 for a 2 bike rack that fits to the tow bar. Please let us know in your booking enquiry. This is payable at pickup

🕕Pickup and drop of time is 6pm. Should you need a different pickup time. Please ask and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. Additional hours are chargeable at £10 per hour. Please let us know in your booking enquiry. This is payable at pickup.

✨Special Occasions - If you' e planning your trip to celebrate a special occasion - a birthday or anniversary - let me know! I'd be happy to help make it extra memorable with some thoughtful touches like some light decorations in the van or a bespoke hamper (e.g. your favourite drinks and nibbles or a cheese and wine hamper). These would all be charged at cost with an agreed budget and saved receipts. A small fee for my time will apply, depending on the request.

House Rules:

To help keep Moira in top condition for everyone to enjoy, please follow these simple house rules:

🔞 The minimum age restriction for drivers is 23 years old. Full Driving Licence required and must have held full license for a minimum of 2 years.

⛽ Fuel - DIESEL
Moira will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel will result in a deduction from the deposit to cover refuelling costs.

🧼 Cleaning
The van must be returned in a clean and acceptable condition, both inside and out.
If returned dirty or below standard, a cleaning fee will apply.

🐾 Travelling with Dogs
Please ensure the van is free of excessive dog hair upon return.
If excessive dog hair is found, an additional £40 pet cleaning fee will apply.

🚿 Water Tanks
The grey water tanks should be empty on return.

🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the van, please.

⛰️No off-road / Going Abroad not allowed.

🎪Festivals not allowed.

🔧 Reporting Issues or DAMAGE
Please report any damage, faults, or known issues to us immediately upon return. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately.

This helps us maintain Moira’s quality and safety for all future guests and means others can continue to enjoy wonderful adventures in Moira.

📋 Insurance

We provide fully comprehensive cover. Please note the details below.

The driver must:
- Be aged between 23 and 75 years old.
- Be a full UK or EU licence holder for at least 2 years
- Have had no more than 2 convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction
- Not have been involved in more than 1 fault incident within the last 3 years.

Prior to accepting your booking each driver will need to provide us their :
- Driving licence number and licence check code (obtainable from DVLA valid for 21 days).
- Non-UK residents, please let me know where your licence is registered, how long you have been driving and if you have any endorsements on your licence.

After your booking has been accepted each driver will then need to provide via email:
- A photo of their driving licence, both front and back
- 2 proofs of address dated within 90 days of hire (utility bill, mobile phone bill, council tax bill, bank or credit card statement or mortgage statement).
I’ll share our email address to allow you to provide the information we require for our insurance purposes.
