The Van will be provided with a 1/4 tank of fuel on collection. We ask that it is returned with a 1/4 of fuel. You do not need to return it with a full water tank as we change this between every hire.
We ask that you monitor the power use of the van if using "off grid" (without electric hook up) if the solar panel does not get fully charged between uses or the battery does not get charged while driving features such as the heater will not work to their full potential. Please be mindful about how the electricity sources work in the van.
We are always on hand for emergencies however please be mindful of contacting outwith usual business hours for non emergencies. We will try and be on hand as much as we can for queries while the van is on hire.
We ask that you please limit communications to GoBoony or Whatsapp. We ask in the first instance unless it is an emergency situation (i.e an accident) you send us a message on Whatsapp and we will respond at our earliest opportunity. If we have a missed call without a message or voicemail we unfortunately do not know who has contacted us. We ask that you use Whatsapp as our mobile phone provider does charge us for international calls.
PICK UP & DROP OFF
Pick up is at 3pm, and drop off is 11am. We ask that you be prompt and respectful with these times. We understand things can go wrong however we do ask that you contact us if you are going to be late returning the van. Late drop off of more than 2 hours will incur a £50 fee.
Where we can will accommodate early pick ups and late drop offs however this will be confirmed closer to the time of departure. Please note as peak seasons this isn't always available.

Par où commencer, je ne rentrerais pas dans tous les détails car cela serai beaucoup trop long. Je pense sincèrement que si vous avez la chance de n’avoir aucun problème sur le van ou que quelques petits détails, l’entente avec Lauren devrait bien se passer. En revanche si vous avez des problèmes plus important, préparez vous à potentiellement être face a une attitude passive agressive. En mode je t’aide mais je te fait bien comprendre que ça m’emmerde ou je te répond mais quand même faut pas abuser et envoyer trop de messages ou à pas à n’importe quel heure. Comme si un message ne permettais pas justement de réponse quand on le peux ou le veux bref …
Et alors si vous osez, commencer à répondre de manière moins courtoise parce que vous en avez un peu marre qu’on vous prenne de haut, préparez vous à un florilège de comédia del arte, de mensonges avec des contradiction dans ses réponses et de mauvaise fois À base de nous sommes trop exigent, nous ne faisons que mentir, nous sommes d’horribles personnes, notre manière de parler est dégoûtante, nous sommes uniquement intéressés par récupérés des dommages intérêts alors que n’avons fait aucune demande dans ce sens. On l’a même bien précisez dans notre litige, qu’on souhaitais juste récupérez notre caution,bien que le préjudice moral je trouve mériterai une compensation. Nous n’avons a pas envie de partir dans des procédures, on a même accepter la réponse au litige tout de suite alors qu’on été évidement pas d’accord avec sa réponse mais on s’en fou et on veux juste passer à autre chose . Et puis surtout c’est un peu des gamineries tous ça, parfois on est juste pas fait pour s’entendre.
En tout cas pour répondre juste à notre exigence. Je ne me considère pas comme quelqu’un de particulièrement exigeant. Mais visiblement avoir envie d’un chauffage fonctionnel quand il fait 10 degrés, une batterie qui ne sonne pas après seulement 3 h d’utilisations des lumières et une charge à peine complète de nos deux téléphones et avoir une éponge pour faire la vaisselle s’est être exigent.
Bref visiblement avant nous personne n’a eu de soucis avec Lauren et c’est ce qui nous a incitez d’ailleurs à passer par elle mais on voulais quand même, au vu de notre mauvaise expérience, nuancer un peu la situation. Quand tous va bien c’est facile de bien s’entendre c’est dans la difficulté ou les problème qu’on voit le visage des gens.
Alors je finirais sur une petite note d’humour, parce qu’après autant de jours à se prendre la tête avec ça, faut bien finir par en rire, sachez vous n’aurez pas d’éponge, ni de sac poubelle, ni de torchon, peut être pas de chauffage ni de batterie suffisante mais par contre il y’a un jeu de carte avec lequel vous pourrez jouer. Ce qui est quand même une priorité. 😂

We had a great time on our trip in the van. We stayed two nights Glencoe and drove to different hiking trails.
Lauren is a great owner and the van is well equipped and looked after. She's very responsive and understanding. I was so glad she let us take our dog on the trip. We had a wonderful time!
