On departure and return please allow time for me to familiarise you with the workings of the Motorhome, damage checks and relevant paperwork signing. Please allow 1 hour plus for this.
If unfortunately you damage or break something please can you contact us as soon as possible. This will enable us to order replacements or arrange a repair in advance so as not to impact the next hirers’ holiday.
Return is any time after 8.00am but no later than 11.00am
Pick up is 15.00 onwards but allow time for familiarisation. If your circumstances mean you cannot arrive until very late, consider staying the night at ours then heading off as early as you like the next day.
LPG Gas and Diesel Fuel tank are supplied (full) Please return in the same condition (full)
Please empty and clean the cassette toilet prior to return. If you take the stay at ours option for your last night, I don’t expect it to be completely empty but do hope it is not full.
Please empty the grey waste tank before return. (Kitchen Sink, shower and basin water goes in here)
Please do not pour food waste down the sinks as sauces and oil/fat will block the waste outlet.
Please use the waste bags supplied.
Please return the van as you received it, all rubbish removed and clean inside. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum are supplied with your hire.
Please consider that failure to do any of the above will impact the next hirers holiday and will incur an additional charge of £50.00 for each error we have to rectify plus costs.
Please note that routes planned to Scottish Islands without bridges are not acceptable for this hire vehicle.

Stephen was very nice from start to finish. If we had any problem, he tried to help us and he answered all our questions. On the last day, he even offered us a warm shower at his home.

Stephen's motorhome exceeded every expectation we had about exploring Scotland.
We hired 'Sally Swift' for 26 days and when we picked her up she was immaculate inside and out and looked and felt like a brand new vehicle. Mechanically the vehicle was also in perfect condition.
Sally had everything we needed for a holiday - especially a wild camping holiday - including road maps, new kitchen utensils and saucepans. We asked for the free linen package which had been washed and was also brand new and we asked if we could borrow some board games and Stephen was happy to provide.
Communicating with Stephen before, during and after the hire was excellent and we felt supported each time we had a question.
Seeing Scotland by motorhome had always been a dream for us and all aspects of hiring Stephen's motorhome made this a perfect trip. We didn't want the holiday to end. Thank you Stephen.

We hebben een fantastische rondreis door Schotland gemaakt met de camper van Stephen. De camper is van alle gemakken voorzien plus allerlei extra's. Zoals campingstoelen/tafels, bbq, beddegoed, handdoek pakket, reisboeken, paraplu, koffie, thee, suiker, zout, peper. Toiletartikelen, aan alles is gedacht. Allemaal zonder extra bijbetaling. Verder geeft Stephen heel veel informatie en tips over de camper en Schotland. Hij heeft ons zelfs teruggebracht naar het vliegveld.

We zijn met 4 personen als gezin een week dit De Highlands geweest . Prachtig nette camper met vele extra’s. Stephan is zeer behulpzaam en de camper is voorzien van allerlei handige spulletje die je niet bij een grote Camperverhuuurder zult aantreffen. Erg persoonlijk te benaderen en was bereid ons r whaleen en te brengen aangezien wij met openbaar vervoer naar Cuppers kwamen met ons gezin.

La première prise de contact avec Stephen a été exceptionnelle. Très bonnes et précises indications pour venir au lieu de prise en charge du véhicule. Super accueil. Les explications sur la prise en main et le fonctionnement très clairs et précis même avec notre anglais moyen.
On comprend que Stephen n’est pas un simple loueur mais un campeur lui aussi.
Un grande quantité de détails sur les différents emplacements à voir et pour stationner nous a été expliqué et noté, ce qui nous a bien aidé pour le voyage .
Le camping car était dans un état impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable.
Très bien équipé. Nous n’ avons manqué de rien. Tout simplement parfait.

Our plan was to get a taste of Scotland by camper. Sally seemed to be a good companian and she was! She took us to Oban, Inverness and back home again.
We got some good tips from Stephen, which worked out pretty well. Sally is well maintained, well equipped and everything works as it should. Stephen is friendly and relaxed. He made sure that we could enjoy our holidays and relax. The on board WiFi was well appreciated by our daughter (and ourselves :-)).

Stephen and Lesley were lovely. Stephen was so easy to communicate and speak with right from the day we booked through to the end of our trip. The motorhome was perfect and they gave us everything we needed and more. All we had to do was bring our clothes. The kids loved it and it really did feel like a home away from
Home. Would recommend them to everyone and will be back again to hire the motorhome.

We had an amazing time in Stephen’s campervan touring Skye. Stephen spent time ensuring we knew how everything worked and patiently answered all our novice questions, we left safe in the knowledge he was available at the end of the phone. The van itself was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your trip.
