Returns
Please return the vehicle in the condition that you would expect to receive it in.
The fuel tank is full when you pick up so please return it full. There is a garage half a mile from my house.
Nearest garage > BP, Bothwell St, Dunfermline KY11 3AF
Please bring the van back clean and tidy with rubbish removed. Pots, pans, cups, etc all cleaned.
Duvet cover, sheets and pillowcases removed and put inside one of the pillow cases.
Charges
There is a charge if Vangela needs cleaned inside and / or outside.
Up to £70 depending on condition on return.
Please also note that I will charge you for topping up the tank if you haven't. £30 plus the cost of the fuel.
IMPORTANT - You are responsible for paying any parking fines and LEZ zone charges. Vangela is not LEZ compliant.
Handover
Please allow time (up to an hour) for the collection and return of the van.
**I have written a comprehensive user guide to the van to help you particularly if you are new to driving a campervan. I am happy to send this to you once your deposit is paid.
Also, please try and check in and check out (pick up and return) at the agreed times. I may have back to back bookings or other appointments.
Travel Insurance
When you go on holiday, it is always advisable to take out travel insurance. Travel insurance covers unforeseen costs during your trip. This is not provided by Goboony or me, so you will need to take it out yourself for your trip.

Aventure très positive !
Nous avons passé 9 jours avec Vangela et l'expérience a été excellente. La prise en main n'a pas été trop difficile, notamment grâce à la boîte semi-automatique qui est d'une grande aide (très pratique quand il faut s'adapter à la conduite à gauche).
Globalement, le van est plutôt confortable et fidèle à la description sur l'annonce.
Mark est gentil et arrangeant. Il a pris le temps de nous montrer le van et a donné des conseils pour bien maîtriser Vangela, cela nous a aidé à commencer notre premier road trip sereinement.

We spent 9 days with Vangela and the experience was excellent. The handling was pretty easy, especially due to semi-automatic gearbox that is very helpful (practical when we need to adapt at left hand drive).
Overall, this campervan is quite comfortable and faithful at description.
Mark is kind and accommodating. He took the time for show us the campervan and gave advice for overcome Vangela, it helped us get off to a good start our first road trip.

We spent 9 wild, windy, wonderful days with Vangela the iconic van that bravely hauled two snack-obsessed French girls across the Highlands, Skye, and some of the twistiest roads known to GPS. No fridge? No problem. She had blankets, vibes, and sheep-spotting magic.
Massive thanks to Mark : a.k.a. Vangela’s dad for being kind, helpful, and super chill (even when we bombarded him with questions).
We 100% recommend this dream team to anyone chasing fog, freedom, and a soundtrack jumping from techno to bagpipes via rock anthems.

Highlights include watching incredible sunrises and sunsets from our cosy bed in the van and cooking lunch in the highlands surrounded by amazing landscapes and nature.

My partner and I rented Vangela for a 6 day trip around Scotland, and she was a dream to drive around. Vangela was well equipped and we had everything we needed. The front seats are comfortable which is important when driving for hours every day. She’s also very generous with the diesel, so we only had to stop for gas once on our trip (and also before returning her).
It was our first time renting through goboony and we had a very good experience. Mark was wonderful and professional. After returning Vangela he drove us to the bus to go to the airport.
Would highly recommend renting Vangela! You won’t regret it :)

We had the best time with Vangela and have seen a lot of Schotland. Beautiful! We were a little bit nervous because we had to drive on the left in a unknown car, but it went very well and easy! Vangela did a good job even on steep and narrow roads.
Mark was a great host as well, would definitely recommend to hire the van.

Mark was very kind and helpful. He picked me up from the bus station and dropped me off which was incredibly helpful. The van was as described and handled the roads and elevations of the Isle of Skye and Glenco very well. There is a Fantastic heater in the van. I get very cold and the weather during my trip was also very cold and rainy but the van and I stayed very nice and warm.
