Campervan Rental Rules
1. Fuel Policy:
The campervan must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
Failure to do so may result in a service fee to cover the refueling cost.
2. Return Location:
Please return the campervan to the same address where it was picked up.
3. Return Timing:
Be punctual and adhere to the designated return time.
Late returns may incur a late fee.
4. Vehicle Cleanliness:
The campervan’s interior must be returned in the same clean condition as received.
Additional cleaning fees may apply for the following:
Smoking/vaping in the vehicle: £220 fee for smoke-related smells.
5. Pet hair: £135 fee.
Heavy-duty cleaning: £65 for dirt requiring substantial effort to remove (e.g., stained ceilings, walls, etc.).
Non-water stains on upholstery or seats (e.g., coffee, wine, sunscreen, or other colourful stains): £65 fee.
Self-cleaning is permitted to avoid fees, provided it doesn’t delay the next booking.
Excessively soiled interiors due to other reasons may also result in additional charges.
6. Wastewater Disposal:
On your return journey, visit a waste disposal station to dispose of wastewater responsibly.
7. Exterior Cleaning:
A visit to the car wash is prohibited to avoid potential damage to the campervan's protective coating.
8. Mileage Policy:
Mileage will be checked upon return.
If the mileage exceeds the allowed limit, an additional fee will be charged.
9. Off-Road Driving:
Off-road driving is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of off-road use may result in additional fees and liability for damages.
10. Return Process:
Upon return, hand the keys.
A brief inspection will be conducted to check for:
Any damages.
The presence and condition of all equipment.
Once this process is completed, the return will be finalised.
