Friendly, accommodating, no hassle rental. Minor issues dealt with generously.
Van was very comfortable, hot shower a big bonus! Lots of space in the back for gear.

The van had lots of things not working such as the hot water shower inside as paid, the heating, the tap,... Also the toilet also was not clean at all when Chris gave us the van. He was willing to help but none of the issues was solved at all.

Chris was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Big Minty was spacious, functional and user friendly for our trip following the West Highland Way.
10/10 would recommend.
