Guest Guidelines for Blue Betty 🚐

We want you to relax and enjoy Blue Betty, and simply ask that she’s returned with the same care she’s provided.

Before Return Please
Return the van with a full fuel tank (as collected)
Refill the fresh water tank before return
Empty wastewater before return
Return the interior clean and tidy (washing up done, rubbish removed and surfaces wiped down)
Return the exterior reasonably clean (no need for a full valet, just not excessively muddy or sandy)
General Use
No smoking or vaping inside the van
No festivals or off-road use without prior agreement
Please treat the van as you would your own home
Drivers must be pre-approved through the booking platform requirements
Equipment & Care
Please return all supplied kitchen items and equipment as provided
If anything gets damaged or stops working, please let us know — honesty is always appreciated
Wet kit and sandy gear should be kept off upholstery and bedding where possible
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs welcome by prior agreement
Please keep pets off upholstery and bedding
