I had a lovely time at Sidmouth folk festival in Noxolo. Comfortable bed plus solar powering fridge and usb power points gave all home benefits. Plus 2 ring cooker, sink and porta potti that could be left on floor space overnight to avoid trekking to campsite loos. The interior was remarkably spacious with extra height so could stand up inside. Good communication with Wayne for any questions that arose. Highly recommended! August 2025

We hired "Duke" for a 5 day trip to Mid Wales & the Brecon Beacons. Everything about the trip and the motorhome was great. "Duke" was comfortable (especially the fixed double-bed!), reliable, economical and all features & amenities worked exactly as they should. Wayne's handover was simple but comprehensive and he took the time to answer any questions we had. He was friendly and helpful with everything, and was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent handover briefing from Wayne for our first motorhome experience. A lot to take in but well explained and checklists and notes in the motorhome were also a help. The .motorhome was comfortable, quite spacious for two people and easy to drive. Wayne was friendly and helpful with tips for this and future motorhoming experiences. Would definitely recommend. We were complete novices to Motorhomes. Wayne gave us a very thorough & informative handover to Roxanne, and his number should we have any problems. We had a great time away in North Devon inspite of gale force winds & torrential rain. We were cosy & warm with wonderful sea views, and everything we needed, and all went very smoothly. Second time hiring Nox - we love her! Wayne and Michelle are brilliant owners and explain everything before you leave, no question is too silly and they get back to you really quickly if you message. We barely needed to pack anything bar clothes and toiletries as everything you need is in there. So much space in case of wind/rain. Comfy bed. Loads of storage. Toilet is super handy at night! Battery seems to go on forever with charging fridge and phone etc. Lights inside. Excellent drive on motorway and around small Cornish windy roads. Cannot recommend highly enough - we will be back for round 3 🫶🏼 August 2024

This was our first experience in a motorhome and it certainly won’t be our last! Booking was easy, and Michelle and Wayne were excellent hosts, with great communication throughout and a thorough handover when we collected Roxanne. We spent three extremely comfortable days at a festival, with the benefit of a great shower and a bed that was so comfortable we slept better, and longer, than we have in years. Roxanne was well equipped and we had everything we needed, even the weather was kind to us! We hope to repeat the experience next year. July 2024

Many thanks to Michelle and Wayne. This was our first adventure in a motorhome. The handover was seamless and functionality of the motorhome was well explained. Trip to the Lake District and Scotland was awesome. Weather held up for the majority of the 10 days so Goose the dog got plenty of long walks. The Motorhome was easy to drive and set up once we arrived at our various camping sites. It’s well equipped with everything you could possibly need plus a few added extras. Once connected to the electric it really is home from home. Used the heating a couple of times which was provided a comfortable temperature during the night. All in all….Loved it !! My partner, son and I hired Noxolo for the weekend and it was the best experience. To start, Wayne and Michelle are absolutely brilliant - excellent communication and friendly. Handover was smooth and easy. Noxolo was a gem, I’m in love. Easy to drive, reversing camera was a huge plus! Parked up no trouble at Aldi and a diner car park. Spacious, everything you need - I really didn’t need to pack much at all bar clothes, toiletries and bedding! Comfy sleeping for us 3. Toilet was a great extra with a 6year old and tired parents. Solar battery was incredible - we were lucky with sun but even so, fridge was running, phones charging, lights on. Gas hobs for a cuppa and pasta making was great. In my mind this is a perfect van for a getaway. We will be back! June 2024

We had a fantastic time in Duke , the hand over was smooth and informative, we were even able to leave our car on Michelle’s drive way whilst we were away . It had everything in it you needed for a relaxing comfortable time , all the kitchen utensils etc , cafetière, wine glasses , tv, shower, loo , the most comfortable bed, BBQ , deckchairs and so much more . The van was immaculately clean . Would definitely recommend Michelle and Wayne’s van , we hired it for a festival so didn’t travel very far but would love to go further afield in it another time . Enjoyed a lovely weekend away in Duke. Wayne explained everything on the pick up and showed me how everything worked. Duke is spacious and has everything you need for a trip away. Loads of storage and the lift up fixed bed is a real bonus. My dogs travelled with me and it was nice to find a hire that was truly dog friendly. This made a lovely relaxing time and I obviously ensured Duke was brought back clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend hiring any of Michelle and Wayne's vans. September 2023

We took Roxanne to Carfest and she was perfect for the trip. The handover from Wayne was most comprehensive. Roxanne is well set up with an impressive bathroom and shower, large fridge and plenty of storage. She was a pleasure to drive and pulls well on the motorway. Would thoroughly recommend. Hired Duke to go to the Tolpuddle Festival - see photo of the one thing we saw there before the entire festival was cancelled! But even with that, we still had a great time in Duke. Had everything we needed as first timers - the owners had thought of every little detail. Plus it was clean, easy to drive and there were lots of instructions. The owners were really helpful, explained everything and had a good laugh with us when we returned after our chaotic adventure! Was v glad that Duke had a built-in towing eye - we got pulled out of the mud by a local tractor! Others in our field weren't quite so lucky. Would highly recommend Duke and his owners. July 2023

This was our first experience of hiring a motorhome - and it won't be our last. In fact, we enjoyed the experience and freedom so much we may invest in a 'Duke' of our own. That experience was facilitated by Duke's owners Michelle and Wayne who were friendly, helpful and business-like. They were also very fair - one of the kitchen drawer catches malfunctioned during our hire and it was accepted as wear and tear as opposed to misuse on our part. Similarly, Duke was a star - well-maintained, clean and in superb condition - he was easy to drive and roomy enough for two humans and as many canines! All of whom had a super time. Excellent motorhome experience This was mine and my partners Tinas first motorhome holiday, everything was explained to us really well by Michelle, and we were shown how to use the oven, sink, grey waste, shower and toilet, how to set up the beds which were really comfortable and gave us a good nights sleep. We decided to visit Bourton on the water in the Cotswolds. The motorhome was very easy to drive and comfortable. When we returned Wayne greeted us and did a once over of the motorhome. Can’t wait to do it again October 2022

We picked up Roxan, (Roxvan as we called her) on the Saturday and made our way to Sidmouth. Wayne (owner) gave us great instructions and a number of we had any issues which apart from a fuel key mid-understanding we didn’t. Lovely comfortable van with everything we could ask for. Roxvan ferried is all around the Devon and Cornish coast with no problems at all. Great on fuel and easy to drive. Would highly recommend Roxvan. October 2021

Renting Duke for a week was fantastic. The camper was in fantastic order and had everything you needed. Wayne was so informative with all the things to operate, so no problems at all. The motorhome and Gaboony were quite disappointing for us. The motorhome is well equipped and nice for 2 people but not sterilised - following covid rules as we were informed. The bedding smelled badly and we had to buy our own one. When we opened the dining table that wasn’t also cleaned. There were extra costs involved that we weren’t notified from the beginning. We paid £1000 deposit and on top of that we had to pay for the insurance £150 and for a small damage, we were charged about £230. Overall, I would count this experience disappointing. August 2021

If your new to motorhome hire or experienced this spacious motorhome for two is ideal. Very easy cabin control panel to control water pump to lights. The bed is easy to put up and comfortable. We parked up on a site and lounged about reading! Very good utensils and selection of everything you could want. Interior like new and immaculate. Very supportive owners who generously equipped the motorhome with start up tea and milk to comfortable sun chairs/loungers. Highly recommend. Would hire again from owners. Excellent customer support and our car was safe on their driveway. May 2021

A vehicle bigger than expected but easy to drive, clean in and out and extremely well equipped. The only disappointment is that I didn't use any of the amazing extras tucked neatly away (incl a nespresso machine) due to the great hospitality of friends on whose doorstep I parked! Will just have to book again :-) April 2021
