Great experience! We are seasoned campers but after 15 years I decided I needed to upgrade! Wendy was perfect for me and my husband. We took most of our own camping gear as we had 7 teenagers and the dog in tow, but Wendy has everything you need for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable with the addition of the mattress and when made up left just enough room for our lab’s bed. We camp off grid so I appreciated having power for the fridge and lights to take off make up and get changed at night . I usually do that whilst balancing my phone torch somewhere precarious. We’re hiring Wendy again for our friends 60th birthday party later this year and will just supplement her with a bigger table and a portable bbq. Will be wonderful to travel so lightly! Nick was a great host. I had thorough instructions on how everything worked at pick up and drop off was fast and simple. I found the van really easy to drive which was a nice surprise. We’re campervan converts now! May 2024

My partner, the dog and I had a brilliant weekend away in Wendy to the Becon Beacons. She has everything you need including a £1 for the supermarket trolley. Nick was also a pleasure to deal with before and on the day of collection. We shall definitely look to book Wendy again soon for more adventures. April 2024

We really enjoyed our first experience in the van. Nick did an excellent handover prior to the trip and we felt ready for our experience. We booked into a campsite on our first night and wild camping on the second night. We found the van very well resources with everything you needed. Highly recommend. April 2024

We had a brilliant holiday in Wendy! Nick explained everything really well in the handover, and Wendy had everything we needed. The heater was particularly welcome for a wet and cold November trip! Everything was clean, reliable and comfortable. We would be really happy to have another holiday in Wendy, perhaps at a warmer time of year next time! November 2023

We love Wendy! Enjoyed an action packed long weekend with her down near Brighton and she was perfect. Nick is extremely helpful and did a great job going through and showing us how everything works and answering questions. Wendy is lovely to drive and has lots of nice touches for a comfortable stay (cooking utensils, head torch, bluetooth speaker, pet first aid kit, toolkit - the list goes on)! Wendy met and exceeded all our expectations, as did our communications and interactions with her owner, Nick. She is an absolute pleasure to drive, making the long drives comfortable and enjoyable. She is well equipped with everything you may need, plus things you didn’t know you needed and of course those you hope you won’t need but are reassuring to have nonetheless. Nick covered every base and even snuck a much appreciated little something in the fridge for my birthday I was celebrating whilst away. 😊 We managed to fit everything we needed in for a 10 day trip for two ladies (who struggle to pack light), 2 elderly dogs (who require a host of luxuries and necessities, like ramp and buggy), food for self catering, clothing for summer heatwave and winter downpours and paddleboarding gear! We had booked a few Airbnbs on our route and used Wendy as a day camper for our day trips and one overnight stay. She was very comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed our trip so much, having a reliable, safe, comfortable and well kitted camper made that happen for us, so we’re already planning our next trip and will be booking Wendy again once we have dates sorted. 😊 September 2023

Journey with Wendy!! We began our journey thinking to have an adventure as this was our first camperVan experience, little did we know adventure was having us. To start with, Nick was kind enough to allow us a early start and also picked us up from the station in Wendy and drove us to the pick up point which was his place where he offered us drink and a very warm welcome from a little beautiful lady Beryl(Shih tzu). It was a rainy afternoon and Nick was patient enough to answer all our first timer questions and detail us with everything about Wendy. As we left, our first road trip began towards Cornwall stopping at Devon. we had experience of typical British weather in 3 days on road. We started with rain and saw, bright sunny day with beautiful sunrise and sunsets, we also got to experience power of wind at Summer peak. Despite of extreme weather Wendy managed to keep us safe, warm and cosy as it came. Wendy gave us memories for life on roads, good atmosphere to cook hot food and cozy bed that she has in her belly ;) We are sure that this trip has nudged our dream of travelling and spending time on the road yet relaxed and comfy and all thanks to Wendy. A big thanks to Nick for being patient, kind and generous enough to pick up and drop us back to the station and offering us drinks and use washrooms at his place. August 2023
