Absolutely fantastic experience from booking the campervan to handing it back to Eun. Eun was in touch very quickly after booking to introduce himself to let us know he was available to answer any questions leading up to the hire. He got in touch a couple of days beforehand to get all the documents in place, this made the pickup so much easier as it got everything sorted really quickly. On pickup day, Eun went over everything in the van and also sent a video outlining how to work everything - this was a great reminder as first time users of a campervan to refer back to during the trip. The van was in excellent condition and caused no issues across the week. We loved our time with the van and can’t wait to use Cohen’s again - great company, can’t recommend them highly enough. Eun was fantastic at communicating from the beginning of our hire to the end. He was able to answer all our questions and kept in regular communication. We took the Lewis motorhome out from a Friday to Monday for our first adventure with 3 adults and two children(aged 8,6). This was bought as a gift for my husband who would really like to own his own motorhome but has never had the experience of going out in one before. On arrival Eun had gone the extra mile and put up birthday banners and some complimentary treats. He showed us around the van, how to work all different aspects from heating, to lighting, to cleaning out the toilet, turning the sofa into a bed etc. He took copies of our documents and we completed the Goboony paperwork. As a family of 5, we had two men on the trip- 6ft,4 and 6ft who were advised to use the bunks at the rear of the motorhome as they were the width of the van. They were able to lie comfortably without feeling squashed. The double bed which came down from the ceiling was also very comfortable and I slept there with one of the children. The bed came attached with side guards which made us feel at ease that no-one was going to fall off. The van was well equipped with kettle, pots and pans, cutlery, plates and bowls, corkscrew, scissors- Eun really had thought of everything we might need! We took advantage of a bedding pack and there was also lots of blankets for cosying up at night. The van also came with camping chairs although due to the lovely Scottish weather we didnt have the opportunity to make use of that. For our first trip we stayed within Scotland and travelled to the West and East coast staying on a Hoseasons site which allowed us access to many of the facilities on offer. It was simple and not that expensive to book and easy to attach power. We had also completed some research online and had found a site nearby for dropping the motorhome off on the Monday which was very quiet, located on a farm and the kids had a fantastic time meeting all the animals! Overall, we had a fantastic time- despite the weather (high winds and very heavy rain!) and have already began discussing opportunities for our next trip. The Lewis motorhome was the perfect size for our family and needs. April 2026

We had a great experience renting this camper van. Cohen was extremely friendly and helpful from the very beginning, making everything smooth and stress-free. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition—very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our trip. It was comfortable to drive and made our journey even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the good communication and the care they put into both the service and the van. We would definitely recommend them and would happily rent again in the future! April 2026

It was a wonderful trip with Eun's motorhome, highly recommended. Eun was really helpful with the handover and flexible about picking us up and returning us. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable enough for a family of 5, and we loved driving around Scotland. April 2026

We ended up taking the Melvich rather than the Oban due to a mechanical issue and cannt recommend Cohen’s Campers highly enough! We have just dropped off the Melvich after 3 fantastic nights away up the West coast of Scotland to Glencoe. The van itself was immaculate and we did not have any problems whatsoever on our trip. The owner Eun delivers a 1st class customer service. Sending videos ahead of your arrival showing how everything works so that when you’re on your trip you can look back to them. He was extremely helpful before, during and after our trip (even when we left our bags behind and showed back up at the unit 🤣). The only frustrating thing about the whole trip is that from when we dropped the van off this morning my husband hasn’t stopped talking about getting booked up again! Please if in doubt and looking for a first class camper a trip, look no further than here - you won’t regret it! November 2025

Everything was amazing... Eun, the van, our trip. Eun was very friendly and helpful on handover. We explored Western scotland all the way up to Skye. Would totally use Eun and that van again! October 2025
Response from Eun This is our 1st negative review across all of the vans we have. To be brutally honest we are not surprised by it as the customer tried to open a dispute against us wanting his money back for the hire through Goboony and he lost as it went to a 3rd party adjudicator that assesses both sides. The customer was clearly annoyed at this and this is his only way possible to try and tarnish our name. The issue happened that 1 of the steel straps holding the freshwater tank underneath the van snapped. There were still 2 holding it in place. The RAC attended and secured it with heavy duty cable. The hirers were also offered another van which at first they said they wanted and then changed their mind last minute and wrote to me to say they were happy to keep the van. The RAC attended within 1 hour. The customer left owing money to us for extra services but of course they were waived for the hour they had to wait whilst the RAC attended. The customer then waited until i refunded his deposit and waived all fees he owed and then opened a case through Goboony. I provided all of the evidence that showed by customer service went way above and beyond as most of my reviews say and also a report saying that the steel snaps very nearly impossibly break without having an impact of some sort. The customer tried to go behind my back to the conversion company for the van to get them to write a report that it was faulty and an independent report stated that its consistent with having an impact of some sort. Not that it was intentional of the customers as explained to them. Sometimes accidents happen and things get driven over. It happens. But on the subject of myself being manipulative, i fond this deeply insulting and is actually a reflection of the customers own character as proved in his dispute when he didn't get his own way or the answers he wanted and loss the dispute he tries to damage in the only way he can by writing a negative review. My reviews speak for themselves. There was absolutely no pleasing this customer from the beginning it seems even when i offered to drive a van 4 hrs away to them and swap vans over of they wanted to. Very difficult customer and after 5 years of doing tthis and thousands of customers we dont expect it to be the last. I think we will both agree that we wont be seeing each other again but all the best for the future. Regards Eun

Avoid this advertiser. Within an hour of driving, a key part under the van failed and RAC had to attend. The owner’s response was defensive and manipulative, sending repeated voicenotes blaming us instead of helping. We finished the trip anxious and unsupported. We had a fabulous week driving down the western side of Scotland. Beautiful scenery. The van suited our needs - good amount of space. Bed comfy. Shower hot. The 3 pin plug worked well to plug so could use the kettle, toaster and heater. The van was easy to drive after a little getting used to. There were a few niggles during the week with the van, but Eun was very responsive in his messages. September 2025

I would highly recommend renting a motorhome with Eun. This was the first time we’ve rented a motorhome and Eun made the whole experience seamless. The communication and support offered was first class and the motorhome was well kitted out with everything we needed and more! Eun was super friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time with the motorhome. August 2025

Eun is reliable and answers every question before and during the rent. The van is cosy and easy to drive. We especially enjoyed the shower. The water is hot and the pressure is good. The water tank is not very large, but depending on the area, there are plenty of possibilities to refill the water tank. We just went to a campside 2 times in 2 weeks. August 2025
