Our motorhome, Maisie, is fairly new to us, we have hired motorhome’s out in the past and driven around the USA. We love the freedom and spontaneity they give you. We are both hoping to cut down on our working hours from next year and have more time to travel. There are so many places unknown to us in the Uk, we want to visit them all, time permitting. We live by the sea and love beaches, open spaces and walking with the dogs in any weather.
I love cooking in the motor home and sitting outside under the awning to eat and having a wine, or sitting inside to eat listening to the rain beating down on the sunroofs knowing you are cosy and warm inside. We also love planning the next adventures, looking at motor home sites or where we can wild camp and are very fortunate to live close to Cumbria, North Wales and Yorkshire where the scenery is so stunning.
