Gail and Stu are 2 of the nicest people you could hope to deal with, luckily for us this is the second time around, they couldn't have made it any easier. Really great experience. We hired the van to be more comfortable at a festival and we really were beyond comfortable. It was totally off-grid at the festival but we were never without electricity or hot water. The van was easy to drive too. The van dampened sound from outside and we slept so good during a heavy few days. Gail and Stu were super helpful, the instructional videos were a nice touch and our breakfast hamper was a lush surprise. Me and Gus are gutted you're selling up as I am not sure we'll be able to find another rental that is so comfortable for next year. Would definitely recommend 😊 August 2025

From booking the trip to returning the van this has been truly excellent experience. The van was superb, and truly luxurious with ribbon wrapped towels, breakfast for our first morning and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate NYE. The van had everything we needed and more for a 5 night New Year 2025 trip to Scotland, mostly spent off grid, warm & cosy, TVs, fibre optic starlight ceiling, comfy seats. Gail & Stuart are great enthusiastic friendly hosts ensuring you are well briefed on using their van and have everything you need, Stuart even washed my car ready for our return #5starcustomerservice. The trip and the van have definitely ignited our plans to invest in a van January 2025

We arrived at Gail and Stuarts place via Sat Nav, not difficult to find and very secure parking for our vehicle too. Gail and Stuart were very knowledgeable and accommodating, an honest and sincere couple who also have other vehicles available for hire which are of a similar stance as the one we hired. We spent at least 30 minutes going over the vehicle with Stuart and Gail before taking it on the road. Gail and Stuart are sticklers for attention to detail and answered all our questions and allayed any fears. Along with the Camper came a gas fired BBQ, a wood burner with wood supplied, a fantastic awning with table and chairs, the levelling kit for the vehicle and portable tracks in case of muddy overnight stops to prevent vehicle sinkage and of cause plenty of cabling to get that all essential hook up. It was a nice touch to get a breakfast hamper along with some Prosecco too. Stuart took the time to install a dog net for our dog to prevent her escape when ever the side door was opened, he also made sure the Bluetooth was working, and the Wi-Fi which the camper comes with. We used the Wi-Fi a few times whilst travelling around the NC500 and got a signal about 90% of the time. Make sure you spend as long as you need to understand the Camper before you leave, I made the mistake of not listening to Stuarts explanation of the Campers impressive internal and external security system to my regret as I managed to set it off on the first day, however after a phone call to Stuart it was sorted in no time. The Camper is sure footed and comfortable, the seats are very comfortable in one day I did a total of 6 hours driving and the seat maintained its comfort throughout. I was super pleased with being able to blast the air horn, its LOUD! All in all this Van was worth every penny, they say you get what you pay for and I most certainly got what I paid for and more. I was in company with my partner and our dog, and although one of you has to climb over the other to get to the loo at night, it makes for a cosy camping on the move experience! Thanks to Stuart and Gail for providing a sure footed, comfortable vehicle that works for 2 people and our dog on a road trip which included the Applecross Pass in Scotland which has a 1 in 8 gradient which it managed with no issues at all, nice turning circle for those tight bends. I would recommend hiring from Gail and Stuart if you want a luxurious off Grid vehicle which will keep you safe at night and make your Camper Van adventure one to remember. September 2024

10/10, motorhome was perfect, Gail and Stuart couldn't have been any more helpful and literally thought of everything, and more! Our only comment would be that the bed that is made from the sofa is smaller than we thought possibly 4 foot long which is fine for smaller children... that said our son is 6'8"!!! We worked it out between us for sleeping and had an amazing time. The communication was excellent from start to finish and they were both on hand to help if we didn't know how to do certain things. An amazing experience to hire the motorhome and one off our bucket list. Would definitely recommend to anyone and do again ourselves (perhaps without our son)!! Thank you Gail and Stuart August 2024

This was our first goboony booking and Gail & Stu were truly fantastic and very patient with all our questions. The information and service they provided was nothing short of 7 stars! The van was incredibly clean and a dream to drive, we really enjoyed the breakfast basket and bottle of bubbly too! Support was on hand 24/7 for any issues but the videos provided answer 99% of questions. I will remember this trip with great fondness for rest of my life and we’re already planning our next adventure. Gail and stu were absolutely great from the minute we booked, as this was the the 1st time going away in a campervan, Gail and stu were so informative which put us at ease. We had the van for 5 days and we took it up to ,Ullswater, Loch Lomond then up to Fort William for a couple of days Now to the van WOW, it was so easy to drive and comfortable to live in. It has everything you need. Everywhere we went people commented on how nice the van was even caught a couple having a selfie with it. We will definitely be booking the van again next year. Just come back from a weekend in ExecuRent RV Hire’s awesome off grid camper. This is the coolest camper I’ve ever seen.
