Fridge didn't work on gas, messaged owner but message trail went quiet. Couldn't get hot water, shower waste drained into the motorhome so we couldn't use it. Owner with held £100 cleaning fee even though it says £75 on the house rules. Motorhome needs to be returned valet clean. Which unfortunately living in a field for 1 week with 5 kids is a big ask. We cleaned it fairly well but got pulled up for finger marks on the mirror, some dust and grass which was under furniture at the back and a small mark on one of the couches. The mark looked like it would wipe off fairly easily. I never noticed it as we had some items sitting on top of that couch. August 2025

We hired the motorhome for our extended weekend at Silverstone for the F1. We were able to pick up the MH slightly earlier than agreed which was great. Once we had checked in on the Goboony site, taken photos of known damage and was shown how to, we set off. Overall the experience was good and the MH was easy to drive. Apologies we returned the vehicle with grass on the floor and forgot to clean the cooker, but as the toilet didn’t flush and the gas cooker buttons were faulty James was happy to release our £150 deposit, thanks Craig & Sue July 2025

We honestly loved everything and didn’t want to give it back! The handover was perfect and John and Jane are just the loveliest people The Motorhome had absolutely everything you could possibly need including the all important coffee machine and wine opener The mattress of the double bed was so comfortable and the bed itself was easy to use. We had a lot of compliments from others on the campsite who thought the van was our own and were very jealous We took 2 small children with us and they loved every second of it and travelling around, we will definitely be hiring it again next year September 2023
