Our 10-day Scottish adventure in Frida was unforgettable! My 7-year-old daughter, my mum, her dog, and I took Frida all the way to the Isle of Harris and Lewis (what an incredible island!) before slowly making our way down the west coast—and she was perfect for the journey. I’d never driven anything this big before, but Frida was so easy to get used to. She had loads of storage, all the home comforts you could want—hot water, a shower, toilet (easy to clean!), cooking facilities, and even WiFi. The solar panels were the best part—we never had to hook up once, and the battery never dropped below 79%! It gave us the freedom to park up wherever we liked and avoid campsites unless we actually wanted to stay at one. My daughter absolutely loved sleeping "upstairs," and we saw some incredible sights from our overnight spots. The communication before, during, and after the trip was spot on. Everything was clearly explained when we picked Frida up, and there were super helpful videos to refer to (because there’s no way you remember it all on day one!). The owners were always available if we had a question, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Frida was the perfect campervan for our first adventure—and now we’ve got the bug! Frida was excellent ! We have just returned from a 3 week trip around Scotland, including the NC500. Communication with Mike and Jess was outstanding. All our queries were answered promptly and they sent videos of how to operate all the controls, which was really helpful. Pick up and drop off was a breeze and Frida has been a pleasure to drive and live in. We did stop on sites with amenities, but mostly we went off grid. Frida coped admirably with this and the solar panels are very efficient ! While we did not use the pop top or the awning, we still had plenty of space. There is everything you need in the kitchen and the storage is brilliant, especially the clever wardrobe in the shower. The bed was really comfortable and we slept very well, with great views from bed when the doors are opened in a morning. We had a really superb holiday, thouroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Frida really was a home from home and helped us make some very special memories that will last a lifetime. Our only regret was that we had to give Frida back. We would 100% recommend Frida to anyone to get out there and make your own adventure ! May 2025

We spent a couple of weeks in Scotland in Frida and had a wonderful holiday. It was fantastic to explore the islands of Skye and Harris in a campervan, even when there were 50mph winds and driving rain at times. The pop up bed is a real bonus, giving you that extra space. Mike was very helpful before, during and after our trip answering questions and resolving minor issues us newbie campervaners had. September 2024

My partner and I have just rented Frida for a 12 day trip over to Ireland for a cycling holiday, she really was a dream to drive around. The van was well equipped with everything we needed, tbh there are just too many positives to mention them all !! but the shower set up was amazing as was the bed it was just so comfortable. We stayed off grid our entire trip using just the solar panel & a daily hour drive to our next destination, with no issues at all with the battery staying charged. Although my partner had rented campers in the past, it was my first time and I can honestly say I was wholly delighted & had the most amazing experience. Communication with Mike, Jess and Darren & Sarah were faultless, pre hire videos very informative. Would highly recommend renting, as a 1st users or experienced campers, Frida is a delight … you won’t regret it 🙂 May 2024

Just returned from travelling around North Wales in Frida. We had an excellent experience unable to fault it from booking process to the collecting and returning the Vehicle. This was our first taste of a camper van holiday in UK we are so pleased to have the opportunity many thanks to Jessica for allowing us to hire Frida. Hope to do it again . April 2024

We hired Frida for a long weekend in February. Van was immaculate, handover was great, assisted by watching the videos. Had a great time in the well equipped van. Youngest loved sleeping in the pop top. February 2024

We had a great holiday in Frida! Communication between us and the owners was good, any questions we had were answered quickly. The van was spotlessly clean and well equipped for our 10 day trip. We travelled to Scotland in September and the van was always warm and dry. We had a really good holiday and would definitely recommend Frida! October 2023

4 fun days with FREDA!!!. FREDA is very well equipt and very very comfortable to drive, sit and sleep in. We took a trip to Cornwall through the Cotswolds and FREDA was a dream and handled the slightly narrower roads well, easy to maneuver. We used the blow up awning which went up easily with out issue and it adds a massive additional space.. Inside the kitchen is well equipt and easy to operate. We do like to be able to cook simple meals and we had no issues with the basic gas hob. The two front swivel seats provide an excellent dininging and relaxing space. The lighting and heating in the van both easy to operate and functional. Toasty evenings. The top roof sleeping space is comfortable and not in anyway cramp, The roof lifts high and gives loads of space to sit up, the zip up vents provide comfort and great views. Everything about FREDA is comfort and for my first camper van experience I will definitely rent her again for the next adventure. Unless you get there first 😊😖 Ps. Worth mentioning myHusband is 6"2' and the van height and both beds provide plenty of room. October 2023

Fantastic Experience We hired Frida for the bank holiday weekend and had a wonderful time. It is a brand new van with all the modern touches you would expect. We slept very well in the pop top bed. The blackout is superb. We had to call Jess to ask about the water heating, she replied straight away and helped us out. There are also lots of Youtube videos Jess shared with us showing how to use everything. We had all our evening meals on the picnic table and chairs that are provided. The fridge is huge, which meant that we could just do one shop for the 4 days we were away. We were able to have hot showers in the van each morning. There is a separate toilet too which is quite rare is a campervan. We are definitely going to hire Frida again. September 2023
