Really enjoyed our trip around Northumberland and Kintyre in Barry’s motorhome, as first time campers he provided all the help we needed and the van was comfortable for three people and a cocker spaniel. Plenty of storage in the garage for bikes, balls, tables, chairs and doggy supplies. The kitchen is all we needed for occasional meals but we mostly ate out. All in all a lovely holiday, I felt really disconnected from the daily grind and we will definitely be camping again. Highly recommended. August 2025

Amazing week and definitely converted to the RV/motorhome life. Pick up was great, with smooth handover and explanation of how everything worked. Great communication when we had questions whilst out and about. The RV is ‘fully loaded’ with everything you need for a comfortable time away… Glamping is the way! Had the pleasure of hiring Barry's motorhome for 8 nights in August 24, my wife and I and our 2 dogs had a great time on our journeys around the Peak and Lake Districts! Barry's motorhome comes very well equipped, plenty of space and I have to say the mattress on the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend hiring from Barry, he was very prompt with any questions I had and the motorhome came as described, I can't think of any faults, it was a dream to drive, clean and everything was easy to use. I love when on the road fellow campervan drivers would wave at us as we passed, I just love the community spirit! Enjoy your travels if you decide to hire from Barry. As this was our first time renting a motorhome, Barry took the time to talk us through all of the features of the motorhome to make it as easy an experience as possible.
