The campervan from Neil was excellent. The handover was smooth and Neil explained all the features and how to use them. The instructions from Neil were all very clear and simple. Neil answered all our questions and was a great host! My son and I went surfing in Devon for a long weekend. We made some stopovers on the way there and back. Having the van made this super easy, we just pulled up to a site, popped the roof and we were done. It was a similar easy process in the morning. Using the van was great fun. The van itself looks great and inside it is fitted out to a very high standard. Everything worked well and made for an excellent experience. We had an amazing experience renting the lovely van off of Neil. Very communicative the whole way through, brilliant van with everything described really well, handover was thorough and very helpful and he was lovely to deal with. We went to a family festival in Dorset and had a wonderful time, also stayed overnight in a few spots along the route so it was great to go completely off grid too. The van was really well equipped and well looked after with everything in great working order and suited our family of 4 well. Would recommend the experience to everyone. We were first timer Campervanners. Neil was great in answering our many questions and did a great job at walking us through the workings of the camper. Nothing was too much trouble. Neil was great to hire from. From start to finish, the communication was brilliant and the van was in immaculate condition when I picked it up. Everything was explained really well and any extras we needed such as chairs and mattress toppers were ready in the van too. Rated 5* as Neil was great at handing over the van - very informative. In turn allowed us to leave our car on his drive which was super helpful. Packed minimal but there's lots of cupboards you can put things which was handy. Neil was kind enough to let us borrow extra equipment. Neil recommended a lovely place to visit - so glad we took his advice! Our boys absolutely loved every minute of the weekend, but we've booked again in July just the two of us for round two.
