Had a great time away. The van has a great layout and everything you needed (and more) was provided. It was comfortable even though the weather wasn't great and easy to use. Emily gave great instructions and was always on hand if I had any questions too. Would definitely recommend and be hiring again! September 2025

We had such a fantastic experience hiring the VW campervan ARKOO through Goboony with Emily as our host. From the very beginning, Emily was absolutely wonderful – friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication with her was excellent; she replied quickly to our messages and made everything really easy. We flew into Southampton Airport, took a train to Basingstoke, and Emily kindly met us there to hand over the van. The whole handover process was smooth and thorough, and she made sure we felt confident before setting off. The campervan itself was brilliant – very comfortable, easy to drive, with everything we needed, including a toilet and shower. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made the trip even better. Returning the van was just as easy, with Emily once again meeting us in Basingstoke and making the whole process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Emily, for being such an accommodating and thoughtful host – we would absolutely recommend you and ARKOO to anyone looking for a great campervan adventure! August 2025

Wow! What an incredible Campervan. This was our very first ever trip in one so went in with zero experience. Emily was fantastic from start to finish. She took time to show us how everything worked. Emily was so easy to communicate with from the first inquiry through to the return process. The effort and small detail Emily makes is beyond anything I have seen with other hires which included separate pans and plates for vegetarians and towels and blankets for my dog. We took Arkoo to the Cotswolds and it didn’t disappoint. The van gave my daughter, my dog and I the perfect home off grid. The leisure battery, water and gas still all had more than enough left even after 3 full days totally off grid. I can not recommend Emily and Arkoo enough. April 2025

We recently hired Arkoo through Goboony for a week-long adventure with our 4-year-old twin boys and dog, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The campervan itself was perfect for a family like ours — the double bunk beds were a real highlight, giving us all plenty of comfortable space to sleep. The boys absolutely loved having their own “den” to climb into at bedtime! And the passenger seats in the van comfortably take kids booster seats so they could travel safely. We travelled all the way down through the West Country, stopping at beautiful campsites and enjoying the flexibility that van life brings. The camper was easy to drive, very well-equipped, and felt cozy without being cramped — even with energetic twins and a lively dog onboard! The rental process through Goboony was smooth and stress-free, with great communication from Emily the owner before and during our trip. Everything we needed was provided, including some extras, and the van was spotless when we picked it up. One of the kids pens had unfortunately leaked on the back seat on the last day, and Emily was so understanding and helpful about it. Overall, it was a brilliant family holiday and we’re already looking forward to our next campervan adventure. Highly recommend Emily, the van and Goboony to anyone planning a similar trip!
