Véhicule tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, très agréable à conduire et bon équipement à l'intérieur Wojciech nous a parfaitement présenté le Camping-car et a répondu à nos questions en cours de voyage. Nous sommes prêts à recommencer l'expérience pour d'autres voyage en Bavière ! April 2023

Overall, we had a great time with the vehicle and the owner woj was nice and polite. My advice is , check the vehicle thoroughly for damages before collection , I mean every single corner, take video of the vehicle and make sure you report any small scratches or damages you found before collection. That’s our first mistake, because, within 2 hours of collection, we discovered a very tiny crack on the windshield, and we reported right away to Woj the owner. Along the way during the 7 days journey, we discover another zipper that’s broken, and finally when returning the car, Woj the owner discovered another minor scratch on the cushion. Till date , we are not sure if those damages were there before or after collection. All these damages of cause are considered our fault since it’s discovered after the return of the vehicle and our deposit is retained and we are now still waiting for yescapa to sort out the insurance claim ( which is another night mare for us) . The insurance policy is to deduct from the deposit first and claim the repair fee later from the insurance. That is why our deposit ( 2K euros) is still retained by Woj until today . ( it’s been almost 2 weeks) . I think it will take longer until I get back any amount left. Lastly, be prepare to cater at least 1 hour to wash the car because Woj will expect you to return the car in the same condition you took the vehicle. After 7 days trip, there was a lot of stubborn insect stain which required jet wash to get rid of them. So, Woj will recommend you a car wash nearby the returning point , and there’s only 1 washing spot for tall vehicle like the caravan. Overall, this rental is much cheaper as compared to other rental website, but don’t expect a hassle free experience if there’s something wrong. So far, the quotation for the both the windshield and cushion are about 2500 euros and we are in the process of the insurance claim. Interior and exterior are 2 different claim channels and you have to report them yourself . Good luck. June 2023
