Together with my wife Suzan I like to make beautiful trips through Europe with our camper. We make a combination of sporty trips for mountain biking and windsurfing and trips to enjoy the local cuisine. Our favorite countries are Denmark and Italy.
We travel to Denmark a few times a year, where we like to stay in the most beautiful places in the wild in North Jutland, but Funen also has beautiful places. Further away we like to make trips to countries to enjoy their culinary specialties such as Italy and France. We can organize our lives freely and work remotely, which means we can be on the road in spring and autumn. On the road we like to enjoy the combination of good restaurants and I like to cook with the tastiest ingredients that we encounter along the way or that we have brought from our own vegetable garden and food forest. The longest trip we made was in the spring of 2025 to experience Northern Spain and Portugal. A wonderful combination of beautiful landscapes, slow living and delicious food.
