INSURANCE OPTIONS: BASIC (price: 0€): Security deposit of 2000€; You pay max. 2000€ in case of damages to the vehicle. Only one driver is permitted. Damages to glass and tires are not covered. ADVANCED (price: 15€/night): Security deposit of 500€; You pay max. 500€ in case of damages to the vehicle. Damages to glass and tires are 100% covered. Two drivers are permitted. COMPLETE (price: 29€/night): Security deposit of 200€; You pay max. 0€ in case of damage to the vehicle. Damages to glass and tires are 100% covered. Two drivers are permitted. YOUNG DRIVER (price:10€/night): Driver(s) younger than 23 years old. NOTE: The driver must hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year at the time of arrival, for all insurance packages. Not covered by any insurance option are: (1) personal belongings, equipment of the car or any damages to the interior (e.g. seats, walls in the inside, radio, etc.); (2) any damage caused by vandalism or theft; (3) fines (parking, etc.) or damages that arise from abusive or negligent use or wrong fuel; (4) damages by a third party when the insurance form for accidents are incomplete.

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
