O cliente é sempre responsável perante as autoridades por circular fora dos prazos contratuais e assume todas as responsabilidades referentes a infrações, multas ou outras ocorrências durante o período de aluguer. The renter is always responsible towards authorities for running after the contractual limits and assumes all responsibility concerning to infractions or others non accidental damages during the rental. The delay in returning the motorhome will have a cost of 35€/each hour started.

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
