Insurance

We require a copy of your driving licence to be emailed to us in advance of your arrival (back and front). All drivers must be aged 26-70 and hold a valid EU/EEA/Australia/USA/Canada licence for at least 5 years and USA/Canadian licences must be held for at least 8 years. Security Deposit Basic insurance is included in the price, with an excess of €3,000, this can be paid when you arrive and will be fully refunded once the campervan is returned undamaged. You have unlimited mileage included also. Please see our excess reduction packages below. 1. Essential Cover - €3000 security deposit – Cost €0.00 per night 2. Advanced Essential Cover - €1000 security deposit – Cost €19 per night 3. Stress Free Cover - €500 security deposit – Cost €39 per night Optional Extras (added after booking is confirmed) Additional driver - FREE Camping toilet - €50 Awning tent - €50 Child car seat (aged 0-4 years) - €45 per booking Booster seat (4-12 years) €15 per booking Outdoor tables and chairs - €25 per booking Bed linen - €30 per booking (Single) or - €50 per booking (Double) Collections and Returns Vehicles can be collected between 2-4.30pm and returned between 9-11am Monday-Friday. Weekends/bank holidays bookings and bookings outside these hours can be facilitated for a charge of €100. Please note our offices are closed for Christmas & New Year, from 24th December 2025 and will reopen 30th December 2025. Vehicle's can be returned during these dates however we cannot offer collections.

Roadside assistance

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure security

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
