The third-party insurance is obligatory and therefore included, it only covers damages on the other parties car. For damages on our cars, we offer two excess cover options: €10/day reduce your excess to €1.000 (incl. 2nd driver, for drivers older than 26 years) or €14/day to minimize your risk to €500 (incl. 2nd driver, for drivers older than 26 years, journey to Spain) In case you’re younger than 26 years the young driver cover for 14€/day with a self excess of 1.000€ is mandatory. If you want to add a second driver to the contract, €6/day extra will be added. All additional insurances cover damages on our vehicles, including theft (€2000 Excess).

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
