Met de camper van Els en Sandra reisden we naar de Eifel, voor een week op een boerderijcamping, zonder elektriciteitsaansluiting. We trotseerden gietende regen tijdens de tocht en de eerste drie dagen, maar de camper hield ons veilig, droog en warm (tenslotte zit je op + 500 meter hoogte). De batterij en de zonne-energie bleek zelfs bij weinig zon voldoende om de dagen door te komen. Zowel de overdracht bij de start als het terug afleveren gebeurde vlot en in vertrouwen. Enkele vragen tussendoor via sms werden snel beantwoord. Handig was ook de voorafgaandelijke lijst met nuttige weetjes, de inventarislijst én suggesties voor eigen mee te nemen materiaal om een week zorgeloos te kamperen en te genieten van de mooie Eifel. Bedankt aan Els en Sandra om met hun camper te mogen reizen.
