We just want to make sure your experience is as nice as the next guest, which is why we ask you to make sure:

- The camper is returned fueled up and with an empty watertank and toilet cassette.

Af en toe kom je een mismatch tegen bij een verhuur, bij Corine was dit het geval.
Van de 15+ keren dat we de camper verhuurd hebben, kregen we altijd de feedback: fijn dat er zo snel gereageerd wordt op berichten en flexibel omgegaan wordt met de uitgave/inname.
Deze keer liep het allemaal anders.
De camper is eerder opgehaald en ook de inname is anders dan gepland gegaan. Hierdoor is iemand anders bij de uitgave en inname geweest - degene die uitgave/inname gedaan heeft beschikt over 10+ jaren ervaring met campers.
Alles was schoon, aangeveegd en er waren geen vuile borden, bestek, etc. Dat een gebruikte camper beschikt over gebruikerssporen is inherent aan deze vorm van verhuur. Er wordt altijd meegedacht en Corine heeft binnen 5min het bericht ontvangen dat zij de schoonmaakkosten retour krijgt.
Hetzelfde geldt voor de melding van de waterschade. Binnen 30min is er gereageerd en is er overleg geweest. Of er een raam open heeft gestaan, op een kiertje of er iets anders kunnen we (nog) niet controleren. De camper wordt momenteel nagekeken en pas weer verhuurd als we zeker weten dat het geen defect is.
Wij zijn altijd bereikbaar, geven bij een boeking meteen ons prive nummer en reageren snel.
Super jammer dat we bij verhuur aan Corine via een online platform deze feedback ontvangen, terwijl ons mobiele nummer gewoon bekend is.
We hebben tevens Goboony geinformeerd over deze gang van zaken en vernomen dat zij van mening zijn dat we gehandeld hebben conform de richtlijnen en ook netjes en tijdig hebben gereageerd en geinformeerd.
Ondanks alle "vreselijke" ervaringen met ons, heeft Corine een fijne vakantie gehad met onze camper. Als er na dag 1 zo'n ervaring is en er na 2 weken van fijne vakantie een dergelijke reactie komt, vragen wij ons af of het echt allemaal zo vreselijk is geweest.

Voor een drieweekse campertrip door Zweden en Denemarken de camper van Stephan gehuurd. Het is een comfortabele en zeer complete camper welke ons alle comfort en plezier heeft geboden tijdens onze trip. Hij rijdt comfortabel, de bedden zijn prima en zaken als keuken, toilet en douche compleet. Het onderling contact met Stephan is vlot en vriendelijk. Als we een vraag hadden of tegen iets aanliepen konden wij altijd op een snel antwoord rekenen. Raden wij deze camper en de verhuurder aan, absoluut.
