After renting a campervan for several years, we decided to purchase one ourselves. The chosen one is this LMC Cruiser 731. We'd like to make our campervan available to people who enjoy camping but don't own one.
Our campervan may be over 7 meters long, but it only has two sleeping places in the form of two lengthwise beds in the back. By placing a divider in the middle, you can turn the two beds into one large one.
Double bed. The sleeping area also has ample closet space. Bed linen is provided upon request. Towels, tea towels, and duvets are also provided. You will need to bring your own pillows. Cutlery and crockery are provided for 4 people.
Both the cabin and the living area are air-conditioned. The L-shaped seating area is spacious with a side bench, and both the driver's and front passenger's seats can be rotated. In addition to the two seat belts in the cabin, there are also two belt points in the L-shaped seating area. This allows for travel with two adults and two children. However, a tent must be brought for sleeping.
The kitchen is also user-friendly and equipped with a three-burner gas stove, a sink with a faucet, and a countertop. There's also plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, including cutlery and crockery for four people. There's both a kettle and a small kettle, so you can boil water on gas or electric for a nice cup of coffee or tea. A spice rack, coffee, sugar, and tea are also provided. Please replenish any supplies when they run out, so future renters won't be left without. Cleaning cloths, a dishwashing brush, a dishwashing bowl, dish soap, and tea towels are also provided. The campervan has a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a separate vegetable or bottle compartment at the bottom.
To keep the campervan reasonably clean during your holiday, we provide a bucket with a mop, a vacuum cleaner, and a dustpan and broom. Please remove your shoes outside to prevent dirt from being carried inside.
There's a toilet with a sink. The shower is separate from the toilet, but we ask that you shower at the campsite/camper site (to prevent moisture in the camper). Two towels are provided in the camper, so you don't need to bring your own.
The garage is accessible from both the inside and outside and has large doors on both sides. Inside, you'll find garden chairs and a table, an outdoor rug, and a separate cooking table. You can also enjoy a drink or a snack under the awning. An outdoor lamp is provided for when it gets dark. A table lamp and a string of colorful lights are also placed in the garage to create a more atmospheric ambiance.
To get that real camping feeling, there is also a 2-burner outdoor stove that can easily be connected to the camper's gas system.
The camper is equipped with an LPG gas system. The LPG gas bottles are, of course, full upon delivery, but can easily be refilled at a gas station if necessary. However, with normal gas use, this will not be necessary.
You'll also receive a comprehensive navigation system that can access all camper pitches and campsites from the Campercontact app. This way, you'll never get lost and arrive at your campsite without any problems. Moreover, the navigation system takes the height and width of your camper into account, so you won't encounter any surprises.
The rear features a bike rack that can carry two electric bikes. A bike cover can also be used to keep the bikes out of sight.
When you pick up your campervan, we'll take the time to explain everything clearly and answer your questions. Inside the campervan, you'll find a user manual that you can consult during your holiday. If you'd like, you can also receive a digital copy from us before your holiday.
Before, during and after the rental period, we are always available if you have any questions.

We assume you'll treat our campervan as your own and handle it with care. Should anything unexpectedly break, please report it immediately via the app. This way, we can replenish the damage and ensure the inventory remains complete. For more significant defects, we can either claim the damage from your insurance or deduct it from your deposit.
Cleaning supplies are provided in the camper, and we expect the interior of the camper to be clean upon return. You don't need to clean the exterior; we'll take care of that ourselves.
Furthermore, the gray water tank must be empty. The toilet cassette must also be returned empty and clean.
You'll receive a full tank of diesel, and we expect you to return the camper with a full tank as well. You don't need to refill the LPG system; that's included in the price.
Duvets are provided in the campervan. You can borrow fitted sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. Please bring your own pillows. If you would like to use this service, please let us know, and we will ensure they are in the campervan upon pickup. If the bedding is returned unwashed, we charge a small fee of €15.00. This fee must be paid in cash upon return of the campervan.
The renter and/or driver of the camper must be at least 30 years old.
Some small tips for using the camper:
Be aware that the rear end swings out, so check your mirror carefully when driving away. We recommend having the passenger watch from outside. This also applies when driving onto a campsite and parking the camper.
Make sure the awning is retracted when you're away from the camper for an extended period. Unexpected bad weather can damage the awning.
In case of rain, you can sit under the awning, but let it dry thoroughly before rolling it up. If you roll it up while it's wet, roll it out again later, when it's dry, so it can dry thoroughly.
Please remove your shoes outside and wear slippers, for example, indoors. This way, you won't bring in any dirt from your shoes, saving you an extra cleaning session.
There's a manual in the camper that you can consult if anything is unclear. If anything remains unclear, you can always send us a message or call us.
Just enjoy your holiday and leave all obligations at home.
