To ensure a fantastic experience for everyone, please follow these house rules when hiring our VW Crafter Camper:

🚭 No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan.

🐾 No Pets: To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the campervan, pets are not allowed.

🧼 Clean the van, the toilet and take out the trash when you return it

⛽ Full Tank Policy: The campervan will be provided with a full tank of fuel. Please ensure it is returned with a full tank.

🗓️ Punctual Return: The campervan must be returned on the agreed date and time to avoid additional charges.

🛏️ Bedding: Please remove and fold all used bedding and place it in the designated area before returning the campervan.

🔌 Electrical Hook-Up: Ensure the 240V hook up and all appliances are switched off before returning the campervan.

♻️ Waste Disposal: All waste, including grey water and toilet waste, must be disposed of at designated disposal points before returning the campervan.

🔑 Damage and Breakages: Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Charges may apply for any repairs or replacements required.

🛠️ Maintenance and Repairs: Any mechanical issues should be reported immediately. Do not attempt to repair the vehicle yourself.

🔒 Security: Always lock the campervan and secure all windows and doors when not in use.

📵 Phone Usage: Use of mobile phones while driving is prohibited. Ensure to use hands-free devices if necessary.

🚗 Driving Rules: Follow all local traffic laws and regulations. The campervan should only be driven on paved roads unless otherwise specified.
