Campervan to be returned clean.
A £75.00 soiling fee if the Campervan is not returned with the interior in a clean condition.

Empty and clean the toilets.
A £50 fee if the toilet is not emptied and cleaned properly prior to the return.

Return with full tank of fuel.
A charge will also be added if it does not return with a full tank, as we give you a full tank on collection.

Gas bottles to be replaced if empty.

Return time 11am.
The following late charges applied for late returns:
Up to 60 minutes late: £50
Over 60 minutes late: £100
we may be able to accommodate a little later for you if the van is not hired out the same day but we can only tell you 24hrs before you return, this will be confirmed by messages.
Please note we only have a 2 hour turn around for the next customer, so if you are late you may affect there holiday too. So please take traffic into account.

Pets.
I will not allow any animals without the prior consent, we will need to check what dog it is first.
We will also ask for a additional cleaning charge of £30 for the dog and understand that you are expected to return the vehicle interior in a reasonable condition, cleaned of visible pet hair and dirt to the best of your ability.
We may also ask for the van to be returned at 10am to give us longer to clean the van out for the next customer.

Festivals
We may accept some festivals, please ask and give us full info on the event and we will let you know if its okay.

Hire info....
-Drivers must be between 23 and 75 years old,
-There is an additional excess of £200 for drivers age 23 to 25.
-Main Drivers must provide both UK paper license, UK Photo ID license and 2 Utility bills from separate companies dated in the last 3 months prior to hire.
-At least 48 hours before hire you will also need to send over your DVLA CHECK CODE. This is for us to check your licence. If you have more then 6 points or a ban you can not hire the van.
-we can not hire with out these documents on arrival.
