Polly – Simple van Simple adventures

Here are some house rules for hiring the campervan:

General Use
1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan.
2. Pet Policy: If allowed, ensure they are well-behaved and the van is returned clean.
3. Maximum Occupancy: maximum 2 people.
4. Driving Restrictions: The vehicle must not be driven off-road or outside the designated country/region.
5. Fuel Policy: Return the van with a full tank of fuel, as provided at the start of hire.

Care and Maintenance
6. Cleanliness: Return the campervan in the same clean condition it was provided. A cleaning fee may be charged if it is excessively dirty.
7. Damage Reporting: Any damage, however minor, must be reported immediately. The hirer is responsible for damages caused during the hire period.
8. Appliances and Equipment: All onboard appliances and equipment must be used responsibly and as instructed.

Safety and Security
9. No Illegal Activities: The vehicle must not be used for any illegal purposes.
10. Driver Requirements: The driver must hold a valid driver’s license, meet insurance requirements, and have experience driving vehicles of this size.
11. Securing the Van: Always lock the vehicle when unattended and park in secure locations.

Return Conditions
12. Return Time: The camper must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns may incur additional fees.
13. Waste Disposal: remove all rubbish before returning the vehicle.
14. Mileage Limit: Adhere to any daily/weekly mileage limits. Extra mileage may incur additional charges.
