Helen
Daniel helpful and always answered phone call queries. General communication was excellent. The van was very clean and well maintained.
My only negative comments would be an an instruction folder for the novice camper would be useful therefore saving any need to phone. Maybe a few less decorative items which took up valuable space. The van drove well and the bed was very big and comfortable. The van is exactly as in the photos.
