Winston – 2 berth Peugeot Campervan with awning

Blood, sweat and lots of tears went into the converting of our stunning camper!
Based in Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, we are five minutes from the M8.

You can leave your car in our driveway for the duration or we are a few minutes walk from the local train station Blairhill, accessible via direct trains from Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Our campervan is available for weekly rentals. Minimum 5 nights.

Our camper is really spacious with a fixed double bed to the rear, overhead cupboard storage and reading light. There are also two handy bedside USB ports with a convenient shelf for a cosy coffee in the morning whilst taking in the view or a cheeky dram in the evening.

The dining area is made up of a pull out table with two comfy seats which also serve as extra storage. All bedding is provided including extra blankets.

In the kitchen, you will find a 2 ring burner, oven, grill, sink and small fridge freezer. Freezer compartment can be removed for extra space.

All crockery, cookware, glasses and utensils that you will need for a fab trip are provided in the ample kitchen storage with room left for a spare large cupboard for your groceries.

We have included all basic essentials like cloths, tea towels, washing up liquid etc.
Also included are salt, pepper, spices, oils, vinegar, tea and ground coffee.

Heating is provided with a gas blow heater and digital thermostat. Electricity comes from a leisure battery powered via 2 solar panels and also chargeable via electric mains hook up. There is also an adapter to allow you to plug in to a 13amp standard plug socket. Depending on sunlight you can be off grid for several days. We've had people off grid for up to 4 nights previously. There are two 230v plugs for low wattage items, such as laptops, chargers, radios etc powered via the leisure battery and a Mains only plug that runs purely when the electric hook up is attached for higher wattage items such as straighteners and our specially supplied hair dryer.

We don't have an inside toilet but we do have a portable camper flush toilet with pop up privacy tent.
