We would ask that our motorhomes are looked after and come back in the same condition you received them. We are happy to accommodate 1 large dog or two small dogs but if there is excessive dog hair left upon return of our motorhome we will have to charge for extra cleaning. The toilet and toilet cartridge must be emptied and cleaned for return or there will be £150 charge.

Pour une première expérience en camping-car, ce fut une vraie réussite ! Amy a été très prévenante, prenant le temps nécessaire pour nous expliquer les rudiments. Le véhicule est en parfait état (literie très confortable). Nous avons pu arpenté les routes écossaises et découvrir les merveilles de ce pays.

Overall reasonably happy with my first camper van experience. Was not at all pleased to be asked to leave keys for my own car with while away. This should be clearly stated BEFORE booking. Collection & drop off times were very much to suit van owner, two days lost from my time,

Hi we are glad you were overall happy with your experience in our motorhome. I’m sorry you felt the times were solely to suit ourselves but the drop off and collection times were clearly stated and available to you before you confirmed your booking, that being said you phoned whilst away with Oscar and requested to drop the motorhome back late the evening prior to your actual return date and we obliged willingly. I’m sorry you were offended that we asked if you would mind leaving car keys with us, at no point did we demand this and you could have said no, it’s just because we live where the cars are parked and if an alarm were to go if we would have no way of switching this off.

Van was in super condition, everything was fully explained of how we should use it which was very helpful, and they were completely open to us calling if we had an issue.
Friendly, flexible people with car safely secure whilst we were away.
