Birdy – New 2022 VW California Coast

Fancy an adventurous trip? Then this new VW California Coast 6.1 from 2022 may be something for you.

From the beach to the Alps, Groningen or Paris, you can drive everywhere in a relaxed manner. Connect your phone via CarPlay, turn on your favorite music and navigate to your destination. The holidays can begin!

The comfortable seat makes it easy to cover long distances. An additional advantage is that it is quite economical.

Thanks to the experience we have gained, we know what you need to hit the road with this bus. These items are all present. Think of;

Kettle, Percolator for coffee, Electrical cords, Corkscrew, Cutting board Crockery, Cutlery, Pans, extra gas burner for outdoor cooking, outdoor rug, extra parasol for the beach.

There are sleeping places for 4 people above (lifting roof) and below. The sleeping place below includes an extra topper that we purchased for even more sleeping comfort. It's your choice where you lie down. We provide the fitted sheets for the mattresses. You only need to bring your own clothes, duvet, pillow, towels and toiletry bag.

The VW Coast 6.1 is super compact and easy to use. We will explain everything when you hand it over. As can be seen under facilities, it has a table and two chairs, a refrigerator that keeps everything nice and cool even in warm weather, a double gas burner and a water point. You can also darken the bus completely and it has an attractive lighting plan. Optionally, it can be useful to set up an extra tent for storing items.

Is there no power connection at the place of arrival? No problem. You can camp off the grid for 60 hours. (so without electricity connection). The refrigerator, lighting, stove and water remain available. There is also a power point for charging your phone.

The camper also has a stove. When it is cold you can turn it on to warm up. This is really wonderful in the morning or evening when it gets colder.

An awning is also available. You can easily slide this into the rails of the bus. There is also a side cloth for extra privacy or protection from the wind. You can also take bicycles with you via the available bicycle carrier.

We are also flexible with what time you want to pick up and return the camper.
